For the MH CET Law 5-year program, the grouping criteria include:
Reservation Policy:
- 85% seats for Maharashtra State (MS) candidates.
- 10% seats for All India candidates.
- 5% seats for NRI, OCI, PIO, and foreign candidates.
- Further reservations within MS quota for PwD (5%), EWS (10%), Orphan (1%), and 30% for females.
Eligibility:
- General/Open Category: Minimum 45% in 10+2.
- Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC): Minimum 40% in 10+2.
