The seats for the BTech at AISSMS College of Engineering are distributed through a quota system. Approximately 80% of the total seats are filled through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) rounds. These include seats reserved for Maharashtra State candidates based on MHT CET scores and All India seats filled via JEE Main ranks.

The college reserves 20% of the seats as Institute Level seats (Management Quota).

  • Selection: These are filled directly by the college but remain strictly merit-based.
  • Purpose: This serves as an alternative pathway for high-achieving students who may have missed a seat during standard counselling rounds.

Yes, the AISSMS College of Engineering offers supernumerary seats for specific categories. This includes the Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS), which provides 3 extra seats in every branch for students with high merit but low family income. There are also dedicated seats for EWS candidates. These additional seats are a great way for meritorious students from financially challenged backgrounds to pursue an expensive engineering degree with significant reductions in their tuition fees.
