IMPS College of Engineering & Technology (IMPSCET) does not give a 100% scholarship to every student. Yes, you can get admission to the B.E./B.Tech course in IMPS College of Engineering & Technology without WBJEE. Though 80% of seats are available through WBJEE and 10% through JEE Main (AIEEE), the 10% of seats are available under the Management Quota and not a WBJEE or JEE Main score.
