Shri Sant Gadge Baba College of Engineering and Technology has an efficient placement cell that helps the students in getting jobs after completing the degree program. This cell is responsible for conducting recruitment drives on campus, inviting companies for recruitment interviews, and organizing numerous other placement-related activities. The overall purpose is to prepare the students for the job market, hence providing them with adequate knowledge and ability to fit the market demand for professionals. To this end, the placement cell provides aptitude training through training workshops and covers areas such as soft skills, preparations for interviews and resume writing. Such measures are aimed at the enhancement of students' skills and enhancement of their position in the market. Some of the best-known companies like TCS, Wipro and Infosys carry out several placement drives that are conducted at the college.

The HVPM COET has a pool of well-qualified and experienced teachers in most of its teaching faculties. Delivering with the esteemed HVPM academic infrastructure the institution takes pride in the commitment of the faculty towards the learning process of the students. Some of them are postgraduate students and they are well qualified with a Master of Technology or Doctor of Philosophy and the majority of them have effective teaching experience. Also, they are popular with students and are always ready to help students not only in class but in other tasks and assignments throughout a project or a course. However, this is only true if the teaching competency of the faculty is relative to the department in question. Computer Science, Mechanical and Electronics streams have been highly appreciated but few of them have cautioned that there is a need to move to contemporary research and teaching methodologies in other fields of engineering.

Comparing HVPM with other identified infrastructure and academic providers for teachers, it was found that in general, HVPM has few teachers with higher educational levels and work experience in their sectors. This organisation is also called Shri Hanuman Vyayam Prasarak Mandal, College of Engineering & Technology, Dhule. However, there is still little work being done by students toward improvement, especially in areas of feedback control and the infrastructure and campus facilities. The teaching faculty is often considered to be fairly acceptable but by and large, they are more interested in learning from and/ or imparting knowledge to the students and are not very involved in doing resourceful research work or applying higher technical tools.
