To get admission in Alpha College of Engineering, students must be eligible. Students must have valid scores in last qualifying exams. Check below to know eligibility requirement of Alpha College of Engineering:

  • For, B.E/ BTech, students must pass Class 10 and Class 12 with 45% aggreagte (40% for reserved category) from a recognised board.
  • For M.E and MBA, students must complete graduation in a relevant field with 50% aggreagte (45% aggregate for reserved category) from a recognised institute/university.

No, students cannot get direct admissionin Alpha College of Engineering. The final selection is done on the basis of entrance exams, followed by counselling depending on the course. The college accepts TNEA counselling for admission to BTech and TANCET, GATE, and CEETA for admission to MBA and M.E., respectively.

No, without TNEA counselling candidates cannot apply for the BTech programme at Alpha College of Engineering. To be eligible for admission to BTech/B.E., the candidates must apply and appear in the counselling round.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocation subjects with a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for reserved category candidates) are eligible to apply for this programme. Yes, KG Reddy College of Engineering and Technology does have scholarships. The college offers financial help to eligible students. Some of the offered schemes are

  • SC & ST Welfare Students whose annual family income is INR 2 Lacs or below
  • BC & EBC and Minority Welfare Students who belong to rural area with family income of INR 1.5 Lacs or below
  • BC & EBC and Minority Welfare Students who belong to the Urban areas with a family income of INR 2 Lacs or below
  • Disabled Welfare Students whose parental income is INR 1 Lacs or below 
  • Students whose attendance is 75% at the end of each quarter

Yes, KG Reddy College of Engineering and Technology does offer direct admissions for BTech. Students can apply through the management quota. The college has 30% of intake from each branch reserved under this quota. Such applicants have to pay 100% of the tuition fees at the time of admission.
