Overall the food quality at the hostel mess in the Kalaivani college of technology (Study World group) is favorably reviewed. Its hygiene, excellent nutrient contents, and fresh ingredients have been applauded by students more often than not. There is usually a wide assortment of food (South Indian, Chinese, Punjabi) and four regular meals a day. Most reviews point out an experience that is at best "a home-like," at the worst just a "home-like," even some of the older or minority ones will state that the food is just an average or even repeating.
