Quality of food in PDSCT hostel mess is not reported directly and is scarce in the reviews that are publicly available. One of the reviews of the Shiksha regarding the whole campus life says the following in brief words, Rooms of the hostel are good, and the quality of the food provided to the hostellers is also good, but this is only one short comment. More particular or elaborate details as regards the quality of mess food, are not easily obtainable.

The review on IES College of Technology particularly on faculty is usually good. Most of the reviews point out that the teachers are friendly, competent, well-learned and skilled. They are usually highly qualified (M.Tech and Ph.D.), and are referred to as helpful and approachable. Although there have been a few reviews where students complain of the differences in the quality of teaching, reviews in general are positive suggesting that the faculty is committed to the learning of the students and offers both practical and theoretical information.

IES College of Technology does not offer a blanket 100% tuition waiver. They provide merit-based fee waivers to top-performing students in entrance exams or board exams. Additionally, students from reserved or economically weaker sections can apply for government scholarships and state-funded schemes. Private or corporate-sponsored awards may be available based on performance and need.
