Park College of Engineering and Technology (PCET), Coimbatore gets mixed reviews. Although the college offers a number of engineering courses and supportive faculties, the placement is overall pretty average. Few students are not getting great placements. The highest package they are offering is about INR 2 LPA. Lab, classroom, etc. are available in campus, but hostel facilities and quality food are not that great. Annual fees of courses such as Aeronautical Engineering are around INR 90,000, and the hostel fee is around INR 34,000 per year.

Admission to Park College of Engineering and Technology (PCET) is moderately competitive. Admissions for B.E. and B.Tech programs are mainly through the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counseling process, which takes into account the scores of the candidates from their 10th and 12th examinations. A minimum aggregate of 45% in the qualifying exams is required. Scores from the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) are also accepted for postgraduate programs. While meeting the eligibility criteria is important, the admission process is not that complex and is, therefore accessible to many aspiring students.
