B.Sc. Environmental Science requires aspirants to pass 10 + 2 with good rank however NEET may give an additional support to your admission.

There are many private and government engineering colleges for lateral entry to get admission in B.Tech course. Here, I have mentioned few good government engineering colleges for lateral entry.
1)NERIST, Arunachal Pradesh.
2)SLIET, Punjab.
3)CIT, Assam
4)AEC, Assam
N. B:Diploma guys can join nits and iits through JEE Main though it is a vertical entry mode. For more information comment below.

Haryana State Technical Education Society has declared that an On Line Entrance Test (OLET) will be conducted for admission to B.E./B.Tech. degree programmes through Lateral Entry scheme. Candidates who wish to appear in OLET for the session 2018-19 are required to visit http://www.onlinetesthry.nic.in/ for more details on OLET and counseling.
The State Govt. has ordained that admission in AICTE approved institutes offering B.Tech. LEET programmes shall be made on the basis of OLET-2018 Ranking. Admissions can also be made on the basis of Diploma results subject to minimum eligibility as declared by Haryana State Technical Education Soc

There are no any changes for LEET in UPTU. But at this rank you'll not get any college, neither government nor private. For LEET government colleges like IET, HBTI, MJPRU and BIET your LEET rank should be under 100 and for private colleges your rank should be around 2k.
