During CEPT admission, candidates with exceptional performance will be given direct admission. Other candidates must appear for personal interview round to be shortlisted for admission. The candidate's CV and Work experience will be given 5% weightage, while last qualifying exam will be given 10% weightage. The highest package offered to the MBA batch 2021-23 was INR 16.12 LPA. Earlier, the highest package offered to the 2022 batch was INR 12.67 LPA. Looking at the past three years' data (2021 to 2023), year-on-year growth was recorded in the Shanti Business School the highest package, which is depicted below:

The institute has a decent placement record over the past few years. During 2023 placements, the highest package stood at INR 16.12 LPA, which was almost 27% higher in comparison to 2022. The average package offered to the 2023 batch also went up from INR 6.75 LPA in 2022 to INR 8.65 LPA in 2023. Alongside, the institute has disclosed the average package details for the top 20%, 50% and top 70% of the students.
