Faculty members at LDCE possess good teaching experience and hold advanced degrees from respected institutions. The students have positive opinions about faculty members who help while providing good instructional quality alongside suitable industry-centered course content. Higher studies guidance and placement support are offered by these colleges to their students. Feedback about the faculty shows primarily positive results except for two observations regarding teaching diversity and the use of Gujarati as the central communication method. The college has a solid advantage because of its excellent teaching staff.

The LDCE institution does not set particular percent cutoffs for GSEB 12th students. The college uses GUJCET (or JEE Main) position together with GSEB 12th PCM percentile (giving 60% weight to merit ranking) for admission decisions.
