Yes, getting admission to the Institute of Science, Nirma University can be moderately tough as the admission is based on entrance exams. Getting admission to the institute also depends on the competition, cutoff, availability of seats, and type of course. Nirma University conducts a Computer-Based Entrance Test (CET) for admission to all its institutes. However, the students are advised to score well in the exams to easily get shortlisted.

As per the Institute of Science, Nirma University, ragging is strictly prohibited inside and outside the campus. Nirma University has the provision of an anti-ragging mechanism where every institute has an Anti-Ragging committee.
