It was established in 1994 and is also known as People's Education Society's College of Engineering (PESCOE), Aurangabad.

The college is affiliated with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (DBATU), Lonere, and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
