If the applications are successful at Swinburne University of Technology, the university will send the offer letter. To accept the offer letter, here is what international students need to do:

• First of all, complete the acceptance form in the offer letter, finalize the documents, and pay the deposit
• Then, log into Swinburne’s International Online Application portal or ask your study agent to do this through Studylink Partner portal – and select Respond to Offer
• Lastly, select accept the offer and upload the acceptance form, proof of deposit payment and other needed documents
