It depends on how the university processes international student's admission. Each university would have an intake period and you are applying for a particular intake. It would depend on how fast the university processes your application and your visa process gets cleared. It is better to contact the university directly, especially if the university has an international student's coordinator. They would be able to give you clear timeline.

Your B.Tech score will create a problem for the admission process. To tackle this, you need to have very good Statement of Purpose and INR. 4-5 Letter of Recommendations. Generally, foreign universities take students who are very good in academics. Best colleges in Australia are: https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/australia/universities.

Firstly, you need to know what you want to do. If you want to do MBA, then you need job experience. If you want to do MS or Master's degree, then you need to contact the colleges or universities you are targeting and then you will get the required criteria.
Good luck.

Hi,
Cut off in Architecture colleges vary a lot from year to year, as it depends on the number of NATA Aspirants and number of seats available for admission through government merit seats. An average cut off for Acharya Nagarjuna University Architecture has been around 105-120/200 marks in NATA and a decent class 12th score.
