According to me, the best universities in Australia are:
- Monash University.
- Melbourne Business School.
- University of Melbourne.
- The University of Western Australia.
- Australian National University.
- James Cook University.
- University of New South Wales.
- University of Queensland.
- University of Adelaide.

If you are going for a UG programme, yes, this score is enough. However, your 54 points in PTE can not be converted as 6 band in each module as you have mentioned. It may be equal, but universities will insist 60 in each. Nothing wrong in applying and trying for it.

Hi,
You have a better chance is Australia. Had you maintained better grades, chances of admission in Canada could have been better. You must however give a try. Work experience, recommendation letters, personal statement, etc. also matter.

Masters in Digital Media is not a bad course and is definitely worth pursuing after B.Sc. In Visual Communication. Add more details about the other courses available too. Your consultancy agent could be telling truth and you should listen to his advice given he is from a trusted consultancy. Also add more tags to your question. So, experts in field could answer too.

Bachelor of Architecture;Eligibility:
- Candidate must possess 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level or equivalent with Mathematics, as one of the subjects at 10+2 level.
Or,
- 10th + 3 years Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central/State Governments with 50% aggregates marks.Or,
