Yes, the admission dates are out for IIIT Bhagalpur BTech admission. Candidates can refer to the JEE Main 2025 dates. The institute will release the 'Physical Reporting' dates for the final BTech admission.
NTA has announced the JEE Main 2025 exam date for session 2. JEE Main 2025 Session 2 will be held from April 1 to 8, 2025. NTA has started the JEE Main 2025 session 2 registration. The JEE Main Application form 2025, session 2, is available on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in. The session 1 exam was conducted on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29, 2025, for Paper 1. For Paper 2, the exam date was January 30, 2025.

IIIT Bhagalpur BTech admission to subject to the JEE Main exam scores. The BTech admission applications have to be made through the JEE Main website and through JoSAA counselling for the allotment of seats. Institute fixes cutoff ranks on the basis of minimum marks obtained by candidates, and within the opening rank and closing ranks, admissions are given. Due to the stiff merit-based criteria followed by IIIT Bhagalpur. Therefore, candidates cannot get into IIIT Bhagalpur without JEE Main.

The tuition fee for BTech courses at IIIT Bhagalpur is Rs 9.6 Lakh. The duration of the course is four years. The fees include components other than Tuition Fees. The actual fee may vary.

The fee for CSE is aroud INR 9.58 Lacs at IIIT Bhagalpur. The fee might vary as per the specialisations. Total fee is calculated based on annual/ semester fee available for the academic year, hence is indicative. Students can apply to State/Central government Scholarships. Also the fee includes JEE Main application fee for BTech programme. The application fee are INR 1,000 for boys and for girls, it is INR 800.

Yes, IIIT Bhagalpur offers good placements for BTech program. According to the latest report released, the highest and average package offered during the placement drive 2025 was INR 83 LPA and INR 10.35 LPA. Further, 201 offers were made in 2025.
