BSc at SAGE University provides hostel accommodation for students who are traveling to Bhopal for their BSc education. The hostel rooms are provided as non-AC rooms and AC rooms. SAGE University Bhopal accepts SEE - SAGE Entrance Exam (SEE) for BSc admission. Candidates applying for admission to SAGE University should complete the eligibility criteria. Candidates who have cleared Class 12 or equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Maths as main subjects from recognised school board & a minimum of 50% aggregate in the final examination are eligibile for both the courses. The selection of candidates is based on the scores obtained by them in SAGE University Joint Entrance Exam (SEE).

Further, the allotment of seats in the BTech course at SAGE University is based on marks obtained in SEE.
