The OBC category's NEET UG qualifying marks are in the 45th percentile. The NEET cutoff for OBC in 2024 is 161-127. The last year's NEET cutoff for the OBC category was 136-107.

Cut-off marks would vary each year for different disciplines for the successful candidates for post-graduate Diploma in Azaz Rizvi College of Journalism and Mass Communication, according to a number of applicants, average marks, and specific courses applied for.

Norm is bound to be a percentage of graduation marks or otherwise as per case if based on entrance exam. More often not, such information is kept quiet about cutoff details and can vary from year to year depending on the level of competition.

He must have a bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university, such as arts, commerce, science, engineering, etc. - with regard to general basic eligibility requirements for Postgraduate Diploma (PG Diploma) at Azaz Rizvi College of Journalism and Mass Communication.

 In some cases, entrance examination or personal interview could be arranged by the college for judging the suitability of candidates for the course.

A BCA, B.Sc in Computer Science (Hons), B.Tech or BE in Computer Science/Engineering with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required for eligibility to pursue an M.Sc in Data Science at Punjab University. Unfortunately unless it includes significant coursework equivalent to computer science, a B.Sc. in non medical does not meet these requirements. The PU CET PG entrance test determines admission to this program.

It could be useful to look into particular universities that provide cross the disciplinary admission choices if you want to investigate the different universities with flexible eligibility for M.Sc Data Science programs.
