There is nothing like a cutoff system at Chandigarh University for Master of Business Administration (MBA). The eligibility criteria is very simple - Bachelor degree in any discipline with atleast 50% marks from recognized University/ Institution. Graduates of recognized professional programmes like CA/ ICWA etc. are also eligible to apply and you need to give CUCET- which is mandatory for MBA. By scoring well in CUCET, students can get up to 100% scholarships. The university gives Rs 210 Crores worth of scholarships, helping students a lot. The MBA courses with industry collaboration at Chandigarh University give you a significant advantage over typical MBA courses. These real employers - like IBM, PwC, NSE Academy, SAS, MAX, Adobe, and KPMG - are real organizations sponsoring the program, which means the academics are constantly providing you updated academic curricula based on industry practice. Students thus work on live projects where the case studies are often based on industry case studies and often certification modules where they can achieve industry qualifications.

A further benefit of industry collaboration MBA courses is that they often lead to employment

Chandigarh University provides one of the highest ROIs for an MBA in North India. Their fee structure is quite reasonable for the types of placements students receive as well as the exposure they gain while studying. It regularly has strong industry tie-ups and a strong placement cell, so upon graduation many students are getting very good packages. The university's MBA programme bases its curriculum and coursework on a practical approach, requiring learning through internships and developing specializations with industry needs; this makes students readily employable on day one.

A large number of students also earn scholarships th

From what I've observed, it's a combination of both. Some students in Chandigarh University's MBA programme are very focused academically—they care about placements, learning about management theory, and building solid careers in the corporate space, of course, there is a rise in student involvement in the startup space. They are networking, pitching their business ideas, and joining entrepreneurship clubs and campus incubators.

So, at the end of the day, it really just depends on who you are. The university exposes you to all of that, so you can be more academic-minded if you plan to pursue the corporate route or you can

The MBA in Business Analytics offered with IBM at Chandigarh University is an excellent choice for individuals who genuinely want to work in data-driven management. I have witnessed students engage in hands-on work instead of static theory - students are using tools like python, R and Tableau to manage real-time datasets; students are actually learning from IBM experts in workshops. The most important part is that the course content is constantly adapting to today's needs within the industry and this helps a lot with placements. Plus, I think that the 'IBM' tag adds credibility to your resume. The programme is definitely more practical
