Centralized admission counselling of MCM-DAV and other colleges is conducted by the Department of Higher Education Chandigarh administration (www.dhe.chd.gov.in). there are about 250 seats in MCM DAV including 100 seats of medical. On the basis of marks, you obtained in class 12th, you have very bright chances of getting admission in the desired course.The student must possess any one of the following qualifications:
1. BA with Honours in English / BA (General) with at least 45% marks in English as an Elective subject.
2. Bachelor's degree in any subject with at least 50% marks in the aggregate or Master's degree in a subject other than English.

Eligibility: Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized college /university.
Admission Process
Register and Apply: Interested candidates can apply online with required information
Entrance Test: Eligible candidates need to appear for SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) conducted by the SRM University.
Candidates with valid rank/score in GMAT/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ TANCET need not to appear for SRMJEEE.
Psychometric Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Psychometric Test based on score/ rank/ obtained in entrance test
Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GDPI): Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview based on scores in psychometric test
Final Selection: Candidates are selected based on marks in graduation, scores in entrance test and psychometric test and performance in group discussion and personal interview
