If you get 400 and above marks, then chances of getting government medical college is 2-3% only. For getting government college you need to score above 500-550 marks in NEET. So, you should work hard to achieve the same.

1. Two additional seats per unit per course subject to a maximum limit of four (4) out of the
two girl children from the session 2015-16 are created for admission to a given course in
the Panjab University Teaching Departments, Regional Centres and its affiliated Colleges
provided they are otherwise eligible from all angles. The additional seats will be only for
those girl Children who are either a single girl child of her parents or one amongst the only
two girl Children with no male Child. The additional seat will be available to only one of
the two girl children of a couple.

The online test and interview will be conducted in the first half of May 2019 at Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Dehradun, Chandigarh, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Indore, Ranchi and Jaipur. Candidates will be shortlisted based on marks in PCM, online test, IMU test rank and interview. The selection is also subject to medical fitness a per DGS norms.
