The results for the November-December 2024 autonomous exam at Kathir College of Engineering were released on March 3, 2024. The results were for the 2024-2025 semester specifically. The results for the first year first semester lab exam were released on December 12, 2024.

Yes, direct admission to Kathir College of Engineering - KCW is possible through the management quota which does not require TNEA counselling. Students can apply directly to the college for these seats but the fees are generally higher than those under the Government quota through TNEA.

The TNEA 2025 B.E./B.Tech admission rank list, incorporating epithet intervention in Kathir College of Engineering, was declared on June 27, 2025. A window period for candidates to raise grievances regarding their ranks was open from June 28 to July 2, 2025. The digital counselling procedure, such as option filling and seat allocation, is being conducted from July 14 to August 19, 2025, special reservation round will be done in early July. These dates will navigate the admission procedure for students who are applying to KCE under TNEA.

To be qualified for admission into the B.E./B.Tech course in Kathir College of Engineering (KCE), applicants should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Aspirants have two alternatives to seek admission to the B.E./B.Tech course: (1) through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions counselling - admission will be on merit list as per 10+2 PCM marks and students will require Tamil Nadu nativity documents in case you have not studied Classes 8-12 in Tamil Nadu; and (2) through management quota where admission will be accepted directly as per 10+2 PCM marks without the need for the entrance examination.
