Nehru Arts and Science College BCom admission process can be categorized in the following three steps:

• Application stage-The first step is the application process. As the name suggests, in this stage the college opens the application portal and accepts applications via online and offline mode. Interested students may visit the college’s official website and click on the ‘Apply Now’ button located under the ‘Admission’ section.
• Shortlisting of candidates- The admissions committee shortlist applicants based on their merit in Class 12. Shortlisted candidates then proceed to the next stage.
• Selection and Fee payment stage- In the last stage of admission process, shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview with the higher authorities such as HOD/Principal/Dean of the college. The selected students are fully admitted once they pay the fees.

Nehru Arts and Science College admission to students in its BCom courses are made based on the merit in Class 12. In order to be eligible, a candidate must have passed Class 12 and obtained an HSC certificate is eligible to apply. The admission committee of NASC also prescribes upper age limit for admissions, which is 21 years as of July 1 of the admission year. However, the college provides relaxation on this limit in case of excellent meritorious students. NASC also offers upto five years of age relaxation for physically challenged applicants.
