You can also take admission in DU which is best with any best quota. Otherwise, there are 11 cut off lists of DU, it may be easy for you to get admission in DU.

First of all you have to give me the degree you wants to pursue .my answer will be based on assumptuons that you wants to pursue b.tech.so i have no idea about other colleges other than Srm you can use Shiksha comparison tool to compare. But in Srm university the placement is centralization so if you are bright student then you can get the admission easily.so it depends on your performance .
