GGSIPU is a government university. GGSIPU is a UGC approved university. Being a government university, the fee for various courses is not very high.  The tuition fee for UG/ PG courses like BTech is INR 2.3L - INR 7.4L & M.Tech is INR 1.9 L - INR 2.8 L.

GGSIPU has all the qualities of a tier 1 university. The university placements are good. Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) and CloudTechner recently offered placement packages to the AI & ML & AI-DS students. The infra of the university is also good. The classrooms are embedded with the latest & modern technologies.

Yes, you can apply for Master of Applied Information Technology with 80% in graduation. However, meeting the eligibility requirement is not enough. Students are selected for the Master of Applied Information Technology programme based merit + entrance. The final selection is done on the basis of academic scores and scores in IELTS (overall score of 6.5 and no component below 6.0).
