Yes, you can join the MBA/PGDM at SSRIMR even if you haven't taken MAT, as long as you have a valid score in any of the entrance exams they accept. Exams include CAT, GMAT, XAT, ATMA and more. Yes, you can get admission to Delhi University for BA through CUET even if you are chosen subjects in cuet was not part of your class 12 subjects. According to the DU's eligibility criteria it does not provide anyone mandate where it is written that the CUET subjects must match your class 12 subjects for BA admission.

You only need to appear for CUET in the subjects required by your desired DU college or program

When submitting the application, students must select yes for the financial aid. After the application submission, students must submit CSS profile, which is an online application used by colleges to award financial aids or  by submitting the International Student Application for Financial Assistance (ISAFA). The last step is to submit tax forms. The selected students will be notified after receiving their acceptance letters.
