Yes, National Institute of Mass Communication accepts offline applications for UG, PG and Diploma courses. To apply in offline mode, candidates can go through the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of NIMC.

Step 2: Download the application form from the website.

Step 3: Fill all the required details in the application form.

Step 4: Attach the relevant documents (Photocopies of Class 10 & 12 mark sheets, along with 5 recent color passport-size photos.

Step 5: Prepare a demand draft of INR 500 and sent to "National Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi 110065 or transfer the amount through UPI.
