The difference between eligibility criteria of MBA and MBA in Business Analytics courses offered at IIT Dhanbad are as follows:
General MBA: Graduates in any discipline with first class or having 60% marks or CGPA of 6.0 out of 10 (55% marks or CGPA of 5.5 for SC/ ST/ PwD) are eligible to apply.
MBA in Business Analytics: Candidates with BTech/ BE degree in any discipline from a recognised university/ institute with at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.0 out of 10 CGPA (55% marks in aggregate or 5.5 CGPA out of 10 in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwD (Differently Abled Categories) will be eligible for the program

The hostel amount for the BTech students at IIT Dhanbad, can fluctuate according to the chosen room/ type of hostel. The accommodation can be of single occupancy, double, triple, etc. The hostel charges is around Rs. 1.66 L - Rs. 1.95 L.
