The selection process for BSc courses at Baba Farid University of Health Sciences is based on merit for all specialisations, except for one specialisation i.e., BSc in Nursing. For admission to the BSc in Nursing, the college accepts the scores of the Punjab Para Medical Entrance Test (PPMET). Moreover, if candidate is getting admission to BSc courses through merit or by entrance, they are required to appear for counselling process.

Yes, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences does offer BSc courses for the duration of three to four years. Further, it is divided into six to eight semesters and offered in full-time mode. The eligibility requirements for admission to BSc courses at BFUHS are that candidates must complete their Class 12 from the PCB stream with a minimum aggregate of 40%. Moreover, for some of the BSc specialisations, such as BSc (Ophthalmic Techniques), BSc (Radiotherapy Technology), BSc (Operation Theatre Technology), etc., the university accepts applicants from any Science stream- PCM/ PCB.

No, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences does not provide free of cost education to students. The university motivates students to pay the fee in time to avoid the late fee submission charges. Those students who feel the fee is a little expensive must apply for the scholarships.

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences vibe is usually considered as good and positive. Students feel that the faculty are supportive and knowledgeable. Baba Farid University Faridkot has a big library with multiple collections of books and journals. The interior of the college's library is enabled with Wi-Fi connectivity allowing the students to work within the library premises by accessing both online and offline resources. For pursuing BDS (Bachelor in Dental surgery) from Dasmesh college of Faridkot .The programme is of 5 years of duration with an annual fees of 1.32 lakhs.The college is affiliated by Baba Farid university of health sciences.The college has 100 seats for the BDS programme and it is one of the good universities in Punjab.
