To qualify for Master of Computer Applications (MCA), at IIIT Vadodara 2025, students would need to qualify for the NIMCET cutoff 2025. This year, for the General AI category candidates, the cutoff ranged from 934 to 1084. So if you are aiming for a seat at this institution, a rank above 1000 would make your chances better. IIIT Vadodara accepts JEE Main ranks for admission to the B.Tech courses. As per the IIIT Vadodara cutoff 2025, the last round closing ranks ranged from 36583 to 64458 for various B.Tech specialisations, whereas in the first round cutoff ranged from 21060 to 31524 for students belonging to the General AI category. B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering was the toughest specialisation to get admitted to, with 36583 as the last round cutoff rank. Therefore, going by the first and last round cutoff ranks, students aiming for admission to IIIT Vadodara should aim to secure a rank within 30,000 or better to increase their chan
