Semester exam results at Bapu Gujarat Knowledge Village are typically declared between June and November for summer exams (even semesters) and between January and August for winter exams (odd semesters)

The college offers only BTech, BPharma, MPharma, diploma, and MTech courses. Admission to all courses except BTech is not done based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam. Admission to BTech courses at the Bapu Gujarat Knowledge Village is done based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main/ GUJCET. The JEE Main cutoff rank 2025 for the students belonging to the general category ranges between 21900 and 50225. It depends on the course in which the student is interested. Bapu Gujarat Knowledge Village offers only BTech, MTech, MPharma, BPharma, and Diploma courses. Admission to the BTech, MPharma, BPharma, and MTech courses at the college can be considered difficult as it is done based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main, GPAT, GUJCET, and GATE exams, respectively. Admission to the diploma courses can be considered less difficult as it is done based on the scores obtained in the previous qualification.

IIIT Vadodara Diu Campus offers JEE Main exam scores to shortlist candidates for the counselling rounds in 2025. Considering the IIIT Vadodara Diu Campus cutoff 2025, the General AI quota closing rank for the Round 1 seat allotment ranged between 31524 and 39003. Among which, the most demanded course was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering. Similarly, for the OBC AI quota, the closing rank for the Round 1 seat allotment results stood between 13412 and 15555 under which, CSE remain the most demanded course. To be eligible for admission to BE/BTech course at Bapu Gujarat Knowledge Village, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as mandatory subjects from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for either the JEE Mains or the GUJCET exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

The JEE Main results applicable for B.E./B.Tech admission at BGKV are based on the NTA announcements:

Session 1 (January 2025) result was declared on February INR 11, 2025 .

Session 2 (April 2025) result was released on April 18, 2025 .

Use whichever session gives you the higher percentile for the ACPC counselling and BGKV seat allocation.
