After getting successfully registered for the course, students must have provide required documents to college for verification purpose. These are the documents, that both Indian and International students required for admission to BSc at Gandhinagar University:
- Recent passport size photographs (05 no.).
- Certified copy of original mark sheet and certificates of all passed examinations. Class 12/ Intermediate / Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary
- School Leaving Certificate
- Birth Certificate or an Examination Certificate showing DOB.
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Migration Certificate (if applicable) in original

BA seats at VNSGU are allocated based on merit. Once the applications are processed, the university holds the counselling process. In the counselling process, the students are allocated BA seats based on rank and the seat intake of the college preferred by the student. Moreover, the university has more than 80 affiliated colleges. This amounts in total of 24236 BA seats available at VNSGU.

VNSGU BA courses are offered via many affiliated colleges. The eligibility criteria may have been left at the discretion of each college. According to VNSGU official website, the basic eligibility for BA course admission is to pass in Class 12. Therefore, any student that has passed class 12 can apply for admission.

Yes, BA is available at VNSGU. BA at VNSGU is offered by many affiliated colleges of the university. Moreover, students can choose from many specialisations including Home Science, History, English, Computer Science and more. The course duration for a regular BA course is three years. In the case of Hons course, the duration would be four years. Students are expected to complete their degrees in the stipulated time.
