The average package after graduating from NLU Delhi is usually around INR 12–15 Lacs per year for students placed in top corporate law firms. Some international firms offer even higher packages. Those choosing litigation, research, or public policy roles may start with lower salaries, around INR 5-8 lakhs, but growth is steady with experience.

Many firms also recruit talented students from other reputed law colleges. What matters most is skill, knowledge, internships, and performance during interviews, not just the college name.
