David Memorial School is a good option for an MBA because it is affiliated with Osmania University and approved by AICTE. David Memorial School has decent infrastructure and fees with good placements.

Yes its little expensive with a total fee for a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme typically around INR 8 LakhHostel fee for residential students is INR 3,00,000/- extra (double occupancy), inclusive of Catering and food provision charges.The residential fees is applicable for 18 months when the student is in campus.Catering and food charges for non residential students will be charged extra and is optional.All fees are non-refundable.

The answer to your question is yes, you can join the David Memorial Business School without TSICET for Master's in Business Administration programme, as the eligibility criteria to get into the Business School is that;
