To transfer your college you need to consult college (at which you want to seek admission) and ask them about the availability of seat in the preferred branch if they give green signal then you need to take out a NOC from your college ( Where you are studying right now) and then you can change your

No, he can not get NIT, Indore. If either he will get it then he has to take lower branches.
You can check cutoff rank of NIT Indore of last year.

IMS, DAVV do not accept MAT score you have to either CMAT or DAVV CET exams with good marks or score.
