IIIT Kota JEE Main cutoff 2026 was released for the first round for admission to multiple BTech course specialisations. The cutoff was out for different All India quota categories.

According to the IIIT Kota JEE Main cutoff 2026, the General AI category students would need to secure a rank of at least 47313, if they want admission in the first round.

For the OBC AI category, the highest rank accepted in the first round was 13851. See the table below to know the maximum rank for other categories. 

The BTech seats are allocated on the basis of JEE/ CUET/ NIMSEE or Class 12 merit scores of applicants. The university conducts a counselling process for seat allocations. Students can secure their seats by paying 25% of the tuition fee. 

NIMS university provides fee refund only in case of duplicate payments or if candidate has paid the fee twice. No refund is provided by university in any other case. 

Students who have qualified JEE Advance or have a JEE Main rank up to 2.25 Lacs are eligible for the scholarships. University also provides scholarships on the basis of Class 12 merit and CUET percentile. 

Last date to apply for BTech at NIMS University is generally in last week of June. The application forms can be submitted at official university website. The application forms are released after Class 12 result announcements. Admission dates are subject to change.
