Candidates wishing to take admission in BBA at JKLU should have passed Class 12 in any stream with at least 50% marks (60% for KPMG Certificate Programme) aggregate marks. The candidates should have English and three subjects of the applicant's choice. Subjects with internal weightage more than 50% to not be considered.

For admission to the Design courses, students may have to present their portfolios to the panel. Students can pick their preferred time slot.
- The exam pattern includes a General Proficiency Test and Design Aptitude Test (only for design courses). The written exam is of 90 minutes and the personal interview is of 30 minutes.
- Portfolio showcase & discussion on the same is also part of the online interview.

NEXT scholarship is offered on the basis of merit at Nims School of Business, NIMS University. Minimum 60% is required in Class 10/ Class 12 for UG courses as applicable and 60% required in graduation for PG courses to avail NEXT scholarship.
