HiThe score of your XIIth is quite. Most of the colleges consider NIOS for all courses except BPT and B Pharma. This I know for Lovely Professional University, where my cousin is studying.

Waiting for the lockdown to get over is not a good idea because even after may3, there is a huge possibility that lockdown may be extended and even if the lockdown is not extended why would you risk your health and travel for admissions? So it is advisable that you apply for admission to the univers

Yes, it is a very good idea to apply online for admissions. Considering the current situation, it would take a very long time for 12th board exams to be conducted and then waiting for the results.
