North Maharashtra University (NMU) has a Central Training and Placement Cell that provides assistance to its students in finding employment or higher education.

The placement rate of NMU is around 70-75 percent. 

The highest package offered was INR 22 LPA and the average package was INR 4.54 LPA in 2023.

Some of the top recruiting companies are Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, and Wipro.
