Yes, you can get direct admission at B.A. College of Engineering and Technology. Admission in BACET courses is entrance based. However, if student has not cleared the competitive exams, the student can apply for direct admission based on higher secondary PCM marks.

No, candidates do not need to fill separate application form. The XAT application form has an optional field to select the preferred XLRI courses. Candidates have to pay an additional fee for the same.

NIT Jamshedpur JEE Main cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI quota ranged from 2767 to 39205, according to the first and last rounds. On the other hand, for the OBC HS quota, the first and last round closing cutoff varied between 3917 and 68691.

NIT Jamshedpur JEE Main cutoff 2025 was published for admission to BTech course and its various specialisations. The General HS quota candidates saw a cutoff rank between 11058 and 60551, according to the first and last round closing ranks.

 For the OBC HS quota, the cutoff ranged from 3917 in the first round to 68691 in the last round. The cutoff was released for SC, ST, EWS, and PWD categories, students can refer to the table below to know the first and last round closing cutoff for these categories.

Counselling is required for NIT Jamshedpur BTech admission. If you have scored cutoff marks, participate in JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling for seat allotment. After receiving seat allotment through counselling, students need to report to the institute and pay the admission fee for final seat confirmation.

After appearing for JEE Main exam conducted by NTA in online mode, wait for NIT Jamshedpur to release the cutoff list. If you meet the cutoff marks, you can participate in JoSAA counselling for seat allotment. Once you receive a seat, report to the institute and pay the admission fee to confirm your seat in the NIT Jamshedpur BTech program.

NIT Jamshedpur BTech admissions are based on JEE Main scores. Go to official website and click on "JEE Main Registration" link. Fill in details and submit registration form. You will get an application number and password via email. Fill educational details, address, and exam centre preference in application form. Upload passport-size photo and signature, pay application fee. After this, form will be automatically submitted.
