Yes, admission to all the Kaziranga University courses is merit-based, except for BTech. For BTech admissions, the University shortlists candidates based on JEE Mains or state entrance examination CEEE or KUEST scores. Interested candidates are required to apply to their desired course, after meeting the course-specific eligibility criteria, through the official website or by post or offline by visiting the University campus.

Yes, Kaziranga University conducts Kaziranga University Entrance and Scholarship test (KUEST) for admission to the KU BTech course and shortlist candidates for scholarship. In 2024, the KUEST is expected to be conducted in the May. Interested candidates can to visit the official website to regiter for the entrance exam to get upto 100% fee waiver.
