To avail of these schemes, students need to satisfy the eligibility criteria as specified by the university. The university conducts KUEST as an entrance and scholarship test. KU offers merit-based scholarships for deserving students to encourage them for further studies. Students are offered upto 100% of tuition fee waiver. To get an entry into the MCA course at Kaziranga University, a candidate has to hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognised university, wherein the candidate must have passed Mathematics as a subject in the 10+2 level or graduation. An application form is available in the university's official website both in online and offline ways, and candidates are subjected to the entrance examination by the university if necessary for getting admission. Selection is done on the basis of academic merit and entrance exam scores (if applicable). After selection, candidates have to confirm their admission by paying the required fee
