The duration for BBA LLB (hons) at KIIT is five years. It is an Intergrated UG level course and provided with five specialisations. Students who are in Class 12 and want to pursue this course can apply for the entrance test.

KIIT provides BBA LLB (hons) admissions on the basis of K-LAT or CLAT. Students who have not given CLAT can still apply for K-LAT to get admission. Interested candidates can apply for K-LAT in the month of November. However, if any candidate missed the both entrance can still apply through KIITEE.

No, students cannot apply for direct admissions to BA LLB (Hons) at KIIT. Every student needs to give K-LAT for admissions. The Institute also allows CLAT scorecard holders to apply for BA LLB (Hons) admission. Students will get seats as per the rank.

Students wanting to withdraw the BA LLB (Hons) admission can apply for refund as per the KIIT refund policy. However, students must know that there will be deductions at the time of withdrawal. Every student needs to send the notice of withdrawal before the last date of admission and accordingly the Institute will provide the refund. Students can get a 100% refund only if the candidate has sent the notice of withdrawal 15 days before the last date of admission. For more details students can check the official website of KIIT.

Students can get admission at KIIT for BA LLB (Hons) by following these simple steps. Firstly, student must check the eligibility criteria and then appear for K-LAT or CLAT. After the entrance, Institute will release the rank list. Students need to secure high rank to get admission. Rank holders will be called the Institutes for counselling session and seat allotment process. Once the student shortlisted for the seat he/she will receive the call letter.
