Without WBJEE, admission to MCKV Institute of Engineering's B.E./B.Tech programme can be obtained through the management quota or JEE Main scores. For 10% of seats, candidates must have a valid JEE Main score and a 10+2 grade of 45% in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology and Computer Science (40% for reserved categories). Each programme at MCKV Institute of Engineering has a different price range. The cost of a four-year B.Tech programme is about INR 4,22,800 (about INR 40,000 each semester not including housing) For two years an M.Tech programme costs about INR 1,13,000. Approximately INR 4,24,000 is spent on the entire MBA program. The price range for B.Voc programs is INR 1,000,000 to INR 2,000,000. The cost of the hostel is INR 19,800 per year with an allocation fee of INR 29,800 For qualified students, scholarships like Swami Vivekananda and Aikyashree may lower expenses.

Netaji Subhash Engineering College does not have on-campus hostel facilities. Therefore,  there are no specific hostel fees associated with the college itselfStudents seeking accommodation will need to arrange for off-campus lodging and potentially pay associated fees for rent and utilities.
