Yes, Aliah University Kolkata does offer MBA courses . The programme is offered in collaboration with BBA courses lasting for five academic years. The programme combines undergraduate and postgraduate management studies, with the first three years focusing on the BBA course and the last two years on the MBA course. Altogether there are ten semesters inclusive of Core, General Electives, Electives, and Project work. For admission to the integrated MBA course at Aliah University, candidates must appear for the centralised examination conducted by the University, called Aliah University Admission Test (AUAT).

As per the latest students' reviews on the Shiksha page, the average package offered to BTech students during the recent KGEC placements was INR 8 LPA. On the other hand, the average package offered to BTech students during the recent JEC University placements was INR 4.50 LPA. Both institute are good for BTech placements.

Praxis Admission Test is conducted for admissions to PGP course offered in Data Science by Praxis Tech School. Earlier, PAT exam was also considered for admissions to PGDM course admission at Praxis Business School. However, now Praxis Business School accepts national level entrance exams for PGDM admissions. PAT exam is only conducted for admission to 9-month PGPDS course offered by Praxis Tech School.

Yes, Admission to Heritage Institute of Technology is possible without WBJEE exam. These seats can be secured through either JEE Main exam or management quota. However, 80 percent of the total seats are reserved for WBJEE, 20 percent are reserved for management quota and JEE Main. Tuition fee for the management quota can be different and on the higher side.

Medical College Kolkata accepts NEET UG exam score for the admission to MBBS course. The NEET cutoff 2024 has been released for Round 2. As per the Medical College Kolkata cutoff 2024, the last round closing cutoff stood at 3427 for the MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. For 2023 and 2022, the Round 2 closing cutoff for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery were 3224 and 1855, respectively for the General All India category students. Considering the past three year cutoff trends, the institute witnessed an increasing trend for MBBS.

The lowest tuition fee out of the three colleges is IMS Kolkata. The total tuition fee for BSc at the institution is INR 1.7 lakh, whereas at SNU Chennai and at LPU Jalandhar it is INR 7.91 lakh and INR 4.8 lakh, respectively.
If we look at the placement statistics for 2024, BSc at IMS Kolkata was offered an average salary package of INR 1.02 LPA. The average salary package is less than the total fee of INR 1.7 lakh, thus IMS Kolkata might have a lower tuition fee for BSc than SNU Chennai and LPU Jalandhar but it might not offer a positive return on investment.

The seat intake for BSc at SNU Chennai and BSc at IMS Kolkata is the same. Both colleges offer 60 seats for the programme. Whereas, LPU Jalandhar offers only 30 seats for the programme. Thus, SNU Chennai and IMS Kolkata offer a higher number of seats for BSc among the three universities.
In addition to that BSc at SNU Chennai is the only programme out of the three with a positive return on investment. According to Shiksha student reviews, the average salary package of placements in 2024 for BSc at SNU Chennai is INR 12 LPA whereas the tuition fee of the programme is INR 7.91 lakh.

Yes, students can get admission at Amity University Kolkata in an MBA course without CAT. The university also considers scores from other national-level management entrance exams such as MAT, XAT, NMAT, and CMAT. Additionally students who have secured considerate scores in their higher senior secondary and graduation are eligible to get admission directly to MBA courses at Amity University Kolkata.
