Amity Kolkata campus has everything that a student may need. Amity University Kolkata imfrastructure includes laboratories, classrooms, library, hostels, cafeterias, etc. Some of the facilities present in the campus are state-of-the-art auditorium, well-equipped Conference hall and Seminar hall, libraries and full-time internet connectivity & separate hostel facilities for boys & girls.

Amity University Kolkata is a private university in Kadampukur, Kolkata. The university has ranked #25 by the NIRF 2025 under the category Architecture & Planning. At the UG level BCom, BA, BCA, BBA, BTech, etc. are offered. MBA, MTech, MCA, MA, MSc, MCom, etc. are offered at the PG level. PhD courses are also offered by the university. According to the last placement data released by the university, the highest package offered during the ampus placements stood at INR 32.21 LPA, offered to BTech CSE graduate. In short, it is good university in terms of rankings, placements, range of courses, etc.

Heritage Institute of Technology BTech intake is 1320. This is inclusive of seats given through Management quota and entrance basis. It also includes lateral entry seats. CSE and ECE have the highest intake with 180 seats. These specialisations are closely followed by other CSE specialisations, such as Data Science and AI & ML with 120 seats each.

Yes, Heritage Institute of Technology does accept JEE Main score for admission to its BTech programme. The institute releases separate cutoffs for JEE-based admissions. However, only 10% of the BTech intake is filled via JEE. The majority of seats (80%) are through WBJEE. Remaining 10% are for management quota.

Heritage Institute of Technology BTech fee ranges from INR 3 lakh - INR 5.5 Lacs depending on the specialisations. This is the tuition fee and is exclusive of other components. Students can complete the fee payment through the accepted gateway.

While HIT Kolkata 2026 cutoff is awaited, based on 2025 cutoffs, closing JEE Main for BTech General AI category ranged from 74259 to 357605. While WBJEE closing rank cutoff for General AI was 5906 to 67112. The cutoff may dip or go up this year. The ranks shared here are for reference purpose only.
