Yes, B.Com admission is started in Goenka college and presidency university. The Students admitted to B.Com in Goenka college should complete the process of Registration under the University of Calcutta by logging in to the college admission portal. You can fill the form through the offficial website of Presidency university. Application form fee is not refundabale in Presidency university. You can check rest of the process through their official website.

The total tuition fee for MIAD Kudhghat BSc course is INR 4.3 Lacs as per an unofficial source. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. The selection for BSc course will be based on merit in the last qualifying exam. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants are also required to pay an application fee for registration.
