Yes, Kasturba Medical College does offer scholarships and financial aid as per the facilities provided by the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal. Scholarships are provided to students on the basis of their academic merit, financial condition, category, etc. The scholarships are offered to UG and PG students. Hi, there are only 6 distance BA colleges in Kolkata of which 2 colleges are owned privately and 1 college is owned by the government. Admission to majority of these colleges are done on merit basis. These colleges offer various specialisations in distance mode like English, Urdu, Criminology, Public Administration, Economics, History, Languages, Political Science, Sociology, etc. NSOU, St. Peter's College, Vaishno Devi Institute of Studies and Vidyasaathi are the top distance BA colleges in Kolkata.

Here is the current fee structure from Unitedworld Institute of Design (UID) for their Furniture and Industrial Design (B.Des. Interior & Furniture Design):
- Total tuition fees: 25,10,176 for 4 years
- Hostel: 7,20,000 for 4 years
- One-time fee: 2,000 (at admission)
