The IIL has not released the highest package for the BA LLB (Hons) programme. According to the 2022 NIRF report, the median package offered to BA LLB courses is INR 5.20 LPA. However, according to the overall placement report 2023, the highest package is INR 36 LPA. Further, more than 70% of the students get placement in top companies within six months of graduation. The main recruiters from the campus include Reliance Industries Limited, ICICI Bank, HDFD Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank, Larsen & Toubro, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, and Cognizant.

The application fee for BA LLB Hons offered by IIL is INR 3,000. This fee shall be deposited by the candidate while filling out the application form online for being considered for the five-year integrated law course. The application process of the college includes registration on the official website, filling out the online application form, uploading the documents and finally fee submission. Indore Institute of Law conducts entrance exam scores on various levels to take up candidates into the BA LLB (Hons) programme. The main entrance exam is taken as the Indore Institute of Law Entrance Test (IILET), for which 70% of seat intake is done.
